Officer Candidate School MCB, Quantico, VA $7 million two story 13,250 SF office facility designed for the military staff responsible for coordinating the administrative, educational, operational, and logistics support required to conduct Officer Candidate training on base. Design included an impressive “Georgian” style architecture per base requirement. LEED Gold
Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, Charleston, SC $7,100,000 one story 29,000 SF office/training facility with arms vault storage and firearms simulation. LEED Certified
Applied Instruction Building, NAS-JRB New Orleans, LA - $7,000,000 one story 13,000 Sfacility for training 45 members of NAVY band. Extensive design included high STC requirements for rehearsal rooms and small recording studio.
General Administrative Building, NAS-JRB New Orleans, LA - $10,000,000 one story 20,000 SF office facility will serve as offices and operations space for the Naval Air Logistics Office (NALO), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).

Wellness Center Corpus Christ, TX– a $10 million medical condo office core & shell at 50,000 s.f., this setting was fronted along the gulf of Mexico which produced a serene atmosphere for incoming patients. An internal courtyard hosted the natural theme of the southwest, which catered to the healing aspect of the profession.

Lake Buena Vista Holiday Inn Orlando, FL – $1.2 million 6,000 s.f. interior renovation.
Disney’s Contemporary Hotel Orlando, FL– originally designed in the 1970’s, the scope of work was to renovate all outdated stucco facades and interior suites with new finishes to meet with present day modern hospitality. Other work included a roof renovation of a 4,000 s.f. pavilion.
Agua Caliente Hotel and Casino Resort Spa, CA. – $200 million project. Limited scope to include only schematic design.
